This series will show you how. This series is for anyone seeking to find more peace, contentment, or stillness in their life. Yoga and Meditation are tools you can use for a lifetime to counteract the body’s stress response and manage anxiety or even the general busy-ness of life.
The series begins on June 26th and will continue for 6 weeks every Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. For non-members the series s $125.00 and for members the series is $95.00.
